1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the So iLL Switzerland online store.

2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with: Plastic Fantastic GmbH, Bern, Switzerland

3. Prices
All prices are listed in CHF and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

4. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Bern, Switzerland. Shipping is currently limited to Switzerland only.

5. Payment Methods
We accept payments via Twint and credit cards (processed by Wordline).

6. Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned goods.

7. Retention of Title
Goods remain the property of Plastic Fantastic GmbH until full payment is received.

8. Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Bern, Switzerland.
